Windy City Silkscreening’s School Rewards Program
A great way to earn money for your school
Everyone needs printed apparel and now your school can benefit. When a member of your school’s community needs to purchase shirts, hats or promotional products for their company, softball team, family reunion, race…; they can purchase them thru the Windy City Silkscreening website at a discount and a portion of their order will be donated back to the school. Windy City Silkscreening will give your school a unique discount code that will give the purchaser a discount and will make sure credit is given to your school for the purchase.
Qualifying Schools
Windy City Silkscreening’s School Rewards program is intended to benefit K-12 schools located in the U.S. having a 501(c) (3) or 509 (a) (1) tax-exempt status.
How the program works
Windy City Silkscreening will donate an amount equal to three percent (3%) of purchases made thru the Windy City Silkscreening’s main website for orders using that schools special discount code (minus shipping, returns and sales tax). Windy City Silkscreening will track purchases made and will distribute the accumulated donations to schools in September.
General Conditions
Only schools that have an active Windy City Silkscreening spirit web store are eligible for the program.
Donation amounts begin to accrue when the school’s Windy City Silkscreening spirit web store link has been placed on the schools website and will continue until such time as the link is removed. The school donation will only be made for purchases made thru the main Windy City Silkscreening website. Orders placed thru the customer service and sales staffs are not eligible.
School donations through Windy City Silkscreening’s School Rewards program are not tax deductible to the purchaser.
Checks will not be mailed to schools if the payout is less than $25. (Payouts under $25 will carry over to the next payment period). Checks must be cashed before the expiration on the check. Checks are considered rejected if not cashed by expiration. Checks will only be made out to the school.
Schools must meet the eligibility requirements described above.
Windy City Silkscreening reserves the right to discontinue or alter the terms of this program at any time.
